What's Your Top Speed?

I'm sure we've all got this number tattooed in our brain somewhere.

So what is it? Were you a driver or passenger? In fact, state it for driver and passenger if both are different.

I'll start--168mph, driver.

Last I saw was 165mph, then I stopped looking....even with HUD.

I was the driver.

As for being a passenger...not sure. Whatever top speed is in a track prepped Z06 on the straights at Road Atlanta.

Haha yup.

The Neon probably could go faster, but the speedo only goes to 160.

Ummm...guys, this isn't the 'admit how fast you've been speeding and where' thread. Just a top speed will do.

Both were well over 30 years ago so I don't think anyone cares now. I'm just an old man(HAHA) with memories

I agree, but some of the ones that posted haven't even been around 30 years.

Just don't want anyone to get in trouble over just saying, "I've been 168!"

I think most stock SRT-4 neons will hit 160... if the road is long enough
it's not stock btw.
