Here is the thing...while the wheels seem to most hideous or out of place, or ugly...you gotta think outside the box here.#1 In a world that is caught up in the whole Hellaflush movement this guy is going and doing the ecact opposite! He is making his car hella unflush to a whole new extent! #2 its hard to make a MK2 4door golf look like anything other than a MK2 4door golf.lol this guys is out there and he is making his car be noticed! IMO I LOVE THIS CAR! Mainly cause its different, but also because I love the single rounds, small bumpers, and yellow/clear split headlights. The wheels give it the flare it needs to stick out in a way that the individuality shows through! Love It!

Very good points. And I too love the headlights and smaller bumpers. The headlights remind me of what Mercedes did with the w210 chassis e-class when they introduced the rounded headlights.

I just think the wheels are too drastic right now. It's kinda like how a gasser looks weird today:

Maybe in the future, but right now I have an urge to rub half an orange on them.

I love Chicago deep dish pizza too much to ever want the opposite. I wonder if that's where the 'deep dish' came from?

Love the car overall but the wheels are def different. Not a huge fan but they're not the worst thing I've ever seen on a VW

LOVE the car.... the wheels would be the first thing I'd get rid of though. There's a fine line between being different, and looking plain dumb. But I do respect the work thats gone into them and the whole car....to each their own!

That's got a bit of that Japanese over the top styling in it.

The 70s must have been a groovy time, lol.

There's where I'd start lol. I like the whole "stanced" look and can stand a little bit of camber to make it all work but this is too far. Theres a lot of weird VDub things that I like but that is just too much
