Bah who needs heat? All that crap does is take away horsepower. Wear a jacket or roll down the windows. Instant climate control

Actually in a regular car, heat doesn't rob power at all. In fact, because the coolant is circulating through a second heat exchanger, it can actually improve cooling of the engine.

Well... thats if you don't kick on the blower

But what a wondrous thing was the guy who figured out "Let's put the car's coolant to heat the car when needed!"

Even then, the power robbing isn't bad compared to a fully electric car which is probably using electric elements to produce heat.

Yep, genius comes with the most simple idea.
