My car is a old man now lol

I have reached the six digit mark.
Any other 100k+ guys out there?

Just wanted to know are there certain things I should do, and what should I ask for at the dealership when I go in to get my 100k mile maintenance checkup. This is actually my first car out of 4 that I have owned to reach 100k.

I always told myself that I would sell my g before I reached 100k but just couldn't let it go everytime I thought about it.

Sounds like a good time to turbo it and rebuild the internals.

I have 2 daily drivers and an auto cross car. All three have exactly 130,000 miles. I have maintained these cars better than the manufacture requires. I hope to get stupid miles on them in the future. They all run great, just like new of better.

That good bro, I also take care of my G better than most.
Of coarse I still have fun with it every now and then but honestly if someone who never drove my car before and didn't know that it had 100k on it, they would think that i didnt even have 40k on it. Still drives flawlessly.

I had over 220k on my last Saturn. Could have stretched it out if I had replaced the headgasket when it blew instead of driving on it until I got some serious rod knock.

Both my current vehicles are well over 100k.

I had 330k on my 84 Maxima on the original motor and trans. I am about to turn 200k on my 02 Ford Explorer. Both were in the family a long time before I aquired them. We take good care of our cars!

remember back in the day when that was considered alot of miles on a car and people looked down at buying cars anywhere near 100k

with technology over the last few decades.... thats like just breaking a car in

ok.... i know i'm old but still remember that
it was unheard of to buy a car with a 100k on it
and i remember waiting in line for gas, mom used to pack us kids in the car and we waited.... and waited... and waited..... and then the odd/even plate days for getting fuel too
